Overview

The viscosity of hydraulic oil used hydraulic machines generally depends on its temperature.
Right after the operation of the oil cooler, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is high, but its efficiency is low. Then it generates noise and its pressure increase. As the temperature of hydraulic oil increase, its pressure decreases. The viscosity of hydraulic oil also decreases as its temperature its increase during the operation of the oil cooler. If the oil cooler will be operated for a long time, the temperature of the hydraulic oil will significantly increase, but its viscosity will significantly decrease. This will prevent the hydraulic oil from forming a fluid film for smooth lubrication.
Oil cooler decrease the temperature of hot oil to preserve it at constant temperature. If the oil temperature is too high, it will cause oxidation, will shorten the lifetime of the oil cooler, will decrease the viscosity of the oil device to wear out fast, and will cause oil leakage.
With the use of freezer, oil coolers control the temperature of the oils, such as hydraulic fluids, lubricating oil, cooling oil, and cutting oil. Such coolers protect machines from distortion due to temperature changes, maintain the viscosity and lubricity of oil to enhance the precision of processes, and prolong their lifetime, as well as minimizing defect rate and increasing productivity.
Oil coolers have the same shape as small radiators and are installed in the same way. Three are two types of oil coolers air-conditioning and water-cooling systems. In the air-cooling systems, oil flows through the tubes so that the air can cool it while radiating its heat. In the water-cooling systems, coolant circuits in the pipes installed on the tank under the radiator and preserves oil at a constant temperature right after the operation of the oil cooler. We currently manufacture only water-cooling systems.
